Day 21: Something You Wish You Could Forget
If I could forget something, it would be some memories from my past. It hurts to think about some things from the past and if I could go back and erase those memories I would. One thing I wouldn't want to forget, are the lessons I learned.

Day 20: Somewhere You'd Love to Travel
Take me to Greece!
Ever since I saw "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" (a great inspiration, I know haha), my longing for Greece has dramatically increased. I always wanted to travel somewhere in the Mediterranean, so Greece fit in with that idea perfectly. I just love everything about Greece and inshAllah, I hope to visit one day.
Day 19: A Picture And A Letter
~This is for you~
When I first met you, there was a definite instant connect that I noticed immediately. Your personality was so captivating and your kindness was beautiful; I couldn't help but want to get to know you better. I don't know if I've ever told you how much I appreciate you and how much I love your character and everything about you. What I love most about you is your love for Allah and Islam in general.
When I think back to my journey in Islam, you were a major factor in it and I'm very grateful Alhamduililah. When I think about the best people I know, you always come to mind mashAllah. Your one of the funniest people I know and your a joy to be around. You are a person of immense caliber that I have an utmost respect for on many levels.
May Allah SWT preserve you inshAllah and I hope that I can always have you be a part of my life and I can always be a part of yours.

Islamic Student Association Fashion Show
Asalamu Alaykum! I'm excited to finally show you all my university's Islamic Student Association fashion show. I was in charge of running the show, and while it was fun and alhamdulilah everything worked out well in the end, it was extremely stressful but worth it non-the-less. Enjoy!

Day 18: Your Biggest Insecurity
Right now being in college, my biggest insecurity is that I won't rise to the expectations I have for myself. The work load at my university is very heavy and I get nervous having to compete with what I consider very "intelligent people" aka my competition. Sometimes I wonder if I can keep up with them. I just have to remind myself that all I can do is my best, and Allah will take care of the rest. I know i'm smart, I just need to keep trying and not let my insecurities get the best of me.
Day 17: Something That Has Made A Huge Impact On Your Life
Hijab was definitely one aspect of Islam that made a huge impact on my life. Last year, when I was beginning to increase my faith and become more of a practicing Muslim, I was doing well Alhamdulilah, but it wasn't until I started wearing the hijab that my iman was taken to the next level. Hijab is a constant reminder to yourself that you are a Muslimah. If you are tempted to do something haram, the hijab is there to stop you and protect you from making bad decisions. Although some people may believe that the hijab oppresses a woman, it's quite the opposite. The hijab protects you and guides you in the right path and we are lucky that we have this advantage in our faith.
